What is neuroscience and neuroplasticity?
Neuroscience is the scientific study of how the brain and nervous system work. Neuroscientists and practitioners have recognised key findings in cognitive and behavioural responses and how it translates to individual behaviour and learning within the workplace.
Neuroplasticity is the ability of the brain to ‘rewire’ - to form and reorganise synaptic connections, especially in response to an individual’s efficiency, resilience and adaptability.
