- Energise and stimulate the immune system and Vagus nerve
- Learn how to increase energy at a 'flick of a switch' and maintain balance
- Provide stress management tools to take away
Basic Outline of Workshop
- How the brain works and neuroplasticity
- Using visual mental imagery (VMI), mindfulness and BrainWorking: creating new brain maps/patterns for sustained change.
