Energy Management Workshop

Timescale 
40 minutes once a week for five weeks or 40 minutes twice a week for 2.5 weeks

Objectives
  • Energise and stimulate the immune system and Vagus nerve
  • Learn how to increase energy at a 'flick of a switch' and maintain balance
  • Provide stress management tools to take away

Basic Outline of Workshop
  • How the brain works and neuroplasticity
  • Using visual mental imagery (VMI), mindfulness and BrainWorking: creating new brain maps/patterns for sustained change.

Groups limited to 14 people.

All workshops can be delivered on-site depending on restrictions under COVID-19. Format and timescale to meet Client needs. ​
