Stress & Anxiety Management Workshop

Timescale 
40 minutes once a week for ten weeks or 40 minutes twice a week for five weeks

Objectives
  • Energise and restore the immune system
  • Learn how to activate the Vagus nerve for instant calm
  • Reduce stress within each individual / team
  • Stop negative self talk
  • Set worry hour
  • Take back control.

Basic Outline of Workshop
  • How the brain works and neuroplasticity
  • Work in teams on how stress affects you and/or your team
  • Tangible tools to stop stress and anxiety immediately
  • Success Image
  • Tune out distractions
  • Time management - 'Just because my colleague stays late, is it productive for me to do so too...'
  • Using visual mental imagery (VMI), mindfulness and BrainWorking: creating new brain maps/patterns for sustained change.
  • Provide back-up support audio specific to group's needs

Groups limited to 14 people.

All workshops can be delivered on-site depending on restrictions under COVID-19. Format and timescale to meet Client needs. ​​
