- Learn how to activate the Vagus nerve for instant calm
- Reduce stress within each individual / team
- Stop negative self talk
- Set worry hour
- Take back control.
Basic Outline of Workshop
- How the brain works and neuroplasticity
- Work in teams on how stress affects you and/or your team
- Tangible tools to stop stress and anxiety immediately
- Success Image
- Tune out distractions
- Time management - 'Just because my colleague stays late, is it productive for me to do so too...'
- Using visual mental imagery (VMI), mindfulness and BrainWorking: creating new brain maps/patterns for sustained change.
- Provide back-up support audio specific to group's needs
