Timescale
40 minutes once a week for twelve weeks or 40 minutes twice a week for six weeks

Objectives
  • Energise and restore the immune system
  • Learn how to activate the Vagus Nerve for instant calm and reduce cortisol (the stress hormone) in your system
  • Reduce stress within each individual and the team as a whole
  • Set short and medium term goals to empower individuals/teams for tangible results
  • Provide stress management tools to take away

  • What makes us human and how best to adjust to the ‘new normal’ and maintain balance
  • Sleep management
  • Sustaining energy
  • Work/life balance
  • The perfect breath
  • Your success image
  • Mindfulness
  • Rebooting the human in you’ - using visual mental imagery (VMI), mindfulness and BrainWorking: creating new brain maps/patterns for sustained change.

Groups limited to 14 people.

All workshops can be delivered on-site depending on restrictions under COVID-19. Format and timescale to meet Client needs.
